Questions? We have answers.
With video-based courses, you're learning by yourself and it's hard to stay accountable. You can also show up to a live workshop... but you might be one of hundreds in the call, or you might just never even be able to make the time for the class.
A peer-led, or hybrid-live course is a blend of the two!
You'll watch video content with others, do activities, have discussions with other students. Way to keep yourself disciplined! It'll also take place in small groups so that it's intimate and never scary. Not only will you remember your learnings more, you’ll make friends and grow your community along the way.
If you want to attend a Course that’s taking Pre-Enrollments - sign up ASAP! After enough students sign up (you need folks to take class with!), cohort dates and times will be Scheduled. You'll then be able to select when to take your Classes.
There will be multiple cohorts and times you're able to sign up for. Don't worry about your time zone differences. We'll make sure that no matter your schedule, you'll be able to take class with other students and have a great time.
If there aren't enough students enrolled in a reasonable amount of time, we'll give you the option to be fully refunded.
As all Courses on Co.Lab are taught in a hybrid live format, we’re sure that there’ll be a time that works for your schedule. We currently serve students across 5 continents just fine!
If there are no scheduled times that work and you’ve already paid, let us know and we can help schedule a Course time for you or issue you a refund.
After you successfully enroll in a Course, you’ll get email notices as well as calendar invites. At the time of class, use the links there to enter the classroom and log in as prompted.
Please note that if you are late, there is a grace period of 5 minutes. After that the class will start and you will have to attend another scheduled session.
Courses are hosted on Co.Lab's learning platform.
The platform is available only on desktops running MacOS or Windows. Please use Chrome for the best experience. Mobile is not supported at this time.
Please also expect to have your mic and webcam ready as you will be learning alongside others. We recommend using headphones!
