The basics of Figma

Figma is an amazing and free design tool. I'll walk you through get started and the key features you'll want to familiarize yourself with, using shapes, tools, and styles.


Style guide & Components

Together, we'll craft your own style guide, for colors, fonts and spacing. We'll also go over creating components such as buttons, navigation, and sections.


Putting it all together

Now that you've done all the foundational work for your site, it's time to use it. We'll finalize crafting your website design using your components and style guide within Figma.

Who should take this course?

If you're looking to build your first website from scratch and not use a template, this is for you. Even if you have no background in programming, or graphics, I'll help you get it done.

This course isn't just a series of videos. My goal is to have you end up with a functional design of your own by the end of the cohort.
